Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah works as an Indian playback singer, actress and musician. The majority of her work comes focused on Tamil or Malayalam-language films. Annayum Rasoolum marked her Malayalam and Tamil debuts in acting. Andrea Jeremiah is from an Anglo-Indian origin. Her parents were an attorney from the Madras High Court attorney. There is also an older sister currently employed as a research assistant in Leuven Belgium. Jeremiah was brought up as a child in Chennai. He attended National Public School. After his graduation, he attended Women's Christian College. Andrea started the classical piano at eight, has been described as a "geek" and wanted to be a psychiatric nurse until her board exam in 12th grade. She joined the Jackson Five style troupe Young Stars when she was 10. The group was the beginning of her singing and music composition career. She was also a theatre student at her school and appeared in several stage plays organised through The Madras Players and EVAM. Andrea was the president of Women's Christian College's Student Senate. Andrea started her acting career as a young actress in Girish Karnad Nagamandala. The role she played in 2006's Leo Coffee commercial was in the role of Shiva. She also starred in a series that was shown on Podhigai. She has appeared in all parts of India. She performed a very brief role in Kanda Mudhal which was the 2005 final episode. When she sang a tune in Gautham Vasudev Menon's film Vettaiyaadu Vilaiya she was asked to appear as one of the lead female characters in his upcoming project Pachaikili Muthucharam. Andrea played Kalyani the homemaker who's husband has an affair with someone else. Andrea won the role of Kalyani when Simran Shobana Tabu and others were offered the role. It was released early in 2010. It was announced in the beginning of 2011. be a minor character that was released early in the year. Venkat Prabhu's multi-starrer Mankatha which came out in August 2011. Her Malayalam debut on film in Rajeeev Rathi's Annayum Rasoolum in 2013.

Carol Lynley, born Carole Ann Jones on February 13, 1942 and died on September 3, 2019 was an American actor best famous for her roles in Blue Denim (1959), and The Poseidon Adventure (1972).
